Admin and Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Admin and Operations Coordinator to play a role in helping us shape an exciting future!

This position is 0.8 FTE (negotiable) and starting salary for the role is $43,500 – $46,000 pro rata.

The Administration and Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for many of our customers, and supports the CEO to ensure efficient office administration and maintain key client/customer relationships. The position works with the Program Manager to deliver a successful workshop program. It is a key support role to the organisation and plays an important part in ensuring upkeep of reception, facilities and equipment, and the smooth delivery of Westside Circus activities.

Community / Outreach Project Manager

The Community/Outreach Project Manager ensures Westside Circus provides vibrant projects to a range of communities, families and individuals.

This is a 13-month Maternity Leave contract, commencing in mid January, the position is 0.8 FTE (negotiable), with remuneration set at $55,000 – $60,000 pro rata.

The successful applicant will deliver set projects for 2019 as well as develop projects for 2020, requiring consultation and relationship building, grant writing and preparation of delivery and evaluation plans (ideally including program logic and theory of change models). The position balances the needs of external stakeholders with Westside Circus’ strategic objectives.

The role has a strong focus on developing effective workshop delivery models and overseeing their implementation. It requires a sound understanding of arts practice in non-formal, inclusive education methodologies, and can include taking a creative role within a project, as negotiated with the CEO.
