Westside Circus is a vibrant and growing community arts organisation creating circus, performance, physical theatre, music and leadership opportunities for young people.


Our core aim is to make a difference for young people between the ages of 3 and 25 from diverse social, and cultural backgrounds to access exciting and challenging programs which build confidence, promote personal wellbeing and create positive relationships both with peers and the community.

Artistic Director
Westside Circus is seeking a passionate, creative and dynamic Artistic Director!
This exciting new position will be responsible for developing and driving the artistic vision of the Westside Circus. The Artistic Director will inspire a team of emerging artists, build the skills and repertoire of the youth performance troupe and direct three major performance outcomes in the first year of their contract, 2010.
Program Manager
Do you have a passion for the arts and community cultural development?
Westside Circus is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Manager! This exciting position will be responsible for developing and driving our programs, with a focus on fund raising for and supporting long-term programs targeting newly arrived and refugee communities. The Program Manager will lead the Public Program and Community Program Coodinator, build upon the success of existing Community Program projects and plan for the future development of all programs.
Community Program Coordinator
Do you have sales experience and want to coordinate Westside Circus' Community Program Series?
The Community Program Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with new and existing Community Program 'fee for service' clients to communicate our philsophy and program content; inspire buy-in and close sales. The role will organise logisitics of the program including scheduling staff, resources and transport when required.
Administration & Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Administration and Marketing Coordinator. This dual faceted role will see you be responsible for the smooth running of the office as well as assisting the General Manager with marketing and publicity.

Executive Director, Debby Maziarz wins SACS Award!

Congratulations to Debby for being awarded the WINNER of the Executive Leader category of the SACS Awards for Leadership in the Not for Profit sector. This is a fabulous achievement and recognises Debby's amazing work building Westside. The judges commented that Debby has 'driven the growth and success of Westside Circus, one of Melbourne's best known and most highly regarded community organisations ....(and) Debby Maziarz was overwhelmed to be named the winner of the Executive category'.
